100% aligned with journaling! I have an entire cabinet of journals from the early 1990s. Last week, I randomly pulled out a journal from 2008, to reflect on what was going on in my world at the time. It was a fascinating step back into my life and of the world for 4 months in ‘08. I recommend skimming what was on your mind years ago-as we live in the present. I added new details to my current entries after flipping through 2008.
Same here, I've journaled daily since high school. I'm a big fan of "The Artist's Way" by Julia Cameron, and the process of morning pages.
Love the Artist Way. Let’s connect again soon Todd. Please DM me a few times in terms of your availability next week.

Love the practice of looking back at past entries. I’ve had plenty of wtf moments doing that.
"A life worth living, .." Alas, I'm an intermittent journalist. Maybe maybe your experience will become mine sooner rather than later.
You make a compelling argument for journalling.
HIGHLY recommend it particularly given the times we’re in.
I have been filling up Moleskines for years, my favorite way to start the day!
