I've been leaning harder into my spiritual alignment than I ever have before. Every time I try to listen to a news podcast, I have to turn it off because it's no longer aligned with how I want to feel.
Today's essay is so good and appropriate for us all. And, it is in complete alignment with what I have discovered as well - the power of one, empowerment of ourselves is basic to survival and happiness. Each of us can find this power in solitude and Knowing Thyself. Love to all -
As a massage therapist -- who actually changed my life -- once told me (in the buildup to the Iraq War): There's nothing we can do right now. We have to take care of ourselves, so that when there is something we can do we'll be capable of doing it.
Not exactly what you're saying, but similar. I've made self-care as much of a priority as activism ever since. And part of that self-care is being contemplative, and doing my best to stay grounded and centered.
Yes! I feel the energy of YOU behind these words Diamond. I imagine the flow - moving through you - as you write this. You living in alignment/your truth, as a foundation for inspiration like this, to flow. It feels poignant, precise and invitational all at the same time. Here with you living one truth nugget at a time. ✨
Love this article! Spiritual grounding is my daily ritual. Is the best way to focus on what’s important. 🙏🏽

Thank you so much! Once again, your posts land exactly where they need to be for me. Exactly.
So glad to hear that Hal.
Based on that picture, I thought you were going to say the one thing you are focusing on right now is COFFEE! 😆
But this is great, Diamond-Michael. I agree with you that what's happening now is just another curve in a history of shifting sands.
