The honesty and authenticity of being your own person is more than a radical act. It is a testimony to what is the most valuable and worthwhile life you can live. Living life fully, up to the brim and spilling over, is full of integrity, grace and gratitude.

Thanks for this, Gary, I think you're so right! I've done a lot of self-work which has resulted in my living life this way. Through therapy and inner-reflection, along with the books, people, and experiences that have inspired my path, I have been able to embrace living life fully, as you say. Even though the self-work and reflection is never ending, I'm so grateful for this journey 🥰

So right on, at least from our perspectives, willing to do the work to get better results. And, the good news is that it goes on as long as we do. Living a full life is a process, not a flip the switch to on.

On we go, until we don’t. Thanks for weighing in and sharing.

Yes! 🙌 Sadly, it took me years to really embrace that lesson.

Ah well, regardless how long it takes, always worthwhile. Some learn early, some later and what's important is the learning, the growth, the change. We are blessed when we discover what really matters most and what doesn't that we can leave behind and move forward, unencumbered by the extra baggage. Thanks very much for sharing1
