Pranayama, or Breath Control, is the 4th limb of yoga. We can affect how we feel in so many ways simply by controlling the breath. BKS Inyengar wrote Light on Pranayama which gives very detailed instation many types of breathing. My copy is 30 years old, but I think there are newer, updated iterations. Worth a look!
