Thank you for your message, today especially around WDC, and yes can highly recommend fresh lemon, ginger, honey to start the day. Say hello and wake up! to your feet each day as you rise to connect with the new day. Yay!
I see auras. When I was a teenager, the director of my high school church youth group was a woman from the Caribbean who had an uncanny knack for ALWAYS dressing like her aura. I'd never seen anything like it. Her general aura color (although it changed a lot) always matched the colors she was wearing. And she always chose bright colors. She was brilliance from the inside out.
Another zinger from you, Diamond! 'The world needs you at your best' - YES! Thank you for the inspiring reminder, with delicious tea recommendations and all LOL
I have the ingredients already for two of your elixirs. Why I never slipped some ginger in my lemon water I can't say--complacency, I guess. I'm not sure that my patio furniture could take the strain of the energy from five whole minutes of qigong breathing, so I'll stand like Superman and gaze into the distance. I can get some ginseng tea at a place a couple miles away. The other two will have to wait. But I suppose that they will also wait for me.

So cool, Teri. Auras are a beautiful thing.
