"When we grip tightly to a desired outcome, we become brittle." Learning to live in flow is so very difficult for me... Achievement chasing (being an athlete or needing to "get good grades" etc. spill over into every aspect of my life. You know me well that I struggle to stay in the messy middle to allow the answers to come to me. I appreciate this so much.

The four noble truths are my guide. Don’t over-assess. You may end up only gathering evidence for a new conclusion you’re adopting. Be the person you want to be. People will embrace it or not. It’s the being that is your reward and outcome.
