Have you ever heard of the study they did in a few coffee shops in “the East” and “the West” (I can’t remember the specific cities)…?
Basically they put some chairs in the way of customers who were trying to order. It turned out that in The West, the customer was more likely to move the chair, while in The East, they simply walked around it.
I aspire to that kind of receptivity. That kind of yin energy. I still hope there will be a place for me to express my special little ego treasures (like my memory of random studies.) 😅
