You could make the argument that shaving your head brings you MORE in touch with the natural world, as a it removes a barrier, and turns your entire scalp into a sensate surface. Feel the breeze, the sunshine, the rain! Just remember the sunscreen, and a hat.

Your title intrigued me! I love how such a simple yet potentially ego-challenging act brought about such a positive change in you. Your story reminded me of when I buzzed-cut my hair on a three-year retreat. Some women had other women cut their hair periodically, but I took what I considered the easier route.

There definitely is something special about a bald man that's is attractive. They stand out! Especially one with a luscious beard lol. Above all else I think women are naturally attracted to men who are confident and at peace with themselves. At least I know I am lol. But this makes me think about my own hair journey, the reason why I started my locs and how I feel about myself now that they're almost touching my hips. This is the longest my hair has ever been and I'm so proud of how I've grown emotionally, mentally and spiritually 😁
