'After all, in both jazz and the Tao, the space between the notes—the pauses, the silences, the brushstrokes left unfinished—speak louder than the noise'
Language is only one of the frustrations of knowing, of philosophy. I have been struggling with the nuances of knowing, belief, faith, etc. You shall know the truth and it shall set you free. What does that mean? Unless you receive the kingdom like little children you shall not enter. What? Unless you're simple-minded? You're kidding, right? What about, When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things?
That sounds possible. It's hard for me to understand let alone communicate how to know how the Holy Spirit is helping us to understand. I', relatively sure it's not a cerebral thing.
I love this post and what you're doing.

Love this necessary distinction between “appropriation” and “integration.” Beautifully put 🙏🏼 Good luck on your new language journey!
Thank You!
Good for you, Diamond-Michael.

Is part of the solution simply embodying it, how it viscerally feels to you, versus trying to make sense of it cerebrally?
