Absolutely! In October 2022 I went through a nihilistic mood. It was dark month. On the morning of November 1st, I decided that I had nothing to lose by wasting 15 minutes on the simple 8 brocades qigong...a few hours later I was typing an email and suddenly realized that I was feeling great.
Even though I studied tai chi and kungfu for a few years, it was just for exercise, not the woo. Until that afternoon, I didn't realize the power of these simple exercises far beyond physical health.
