This isn’t about just feeling good, this is about thriving. Yes! To living a vibrant - radiant life together. From reading this article, I am reminded of my “why.” Why eat, move, practice the way I do? In order to connect with the life force moving through me - that is me - keep it flowing freeing so I may be present and available to serve humanity. ✨💕✨

Thanks for the reminder regarding healthy food.

Once that chi builds up in the lower dan tien, it is fun to practice the Small Circulation. It is similar to mr. ma's Mindcurology.

You touched, briefly, on cooking methods, and I hope you say more: steam or boil or braise? Bake or roast or broil/grill? Saute or fry? Combine methods, like with pot stickers or fried grits or toast? Now I'm hungry...
