So many powerful, quotable, messages are found in this short piece, thank you for sharing your wisdom! I feel regardless of which administration is in power, we are constantly taught to rely on the external, the "experts", the patriarchs, the under- and unqualified "leaders" and our own value and ability to make our own decisions is intentionally depleted. In this society it is unfortunately easier said than done to each find our path, a map to guide us to true freedom, independence and build true community. I may just be a worrywart (you prudently avoid that sort) but why cast beneficial acts, in instance after instance, primarily as hostile conduct, examples of resistance? Are not we then but tethered still to the Behemoth of our fears? And what if Leviathan should fade away, or never was, save in our apprehension, does that mean we have wasted time, adopting the suggestions?

Sir, you give me hope that there are pockets of sanity remaining in a nation gone insane. Today I posted an essay about one possible explanation for the current political landscape, not just in the United States but around the world. Thanks for being a voice for change.

In my year-long study of the Tao, I’m focusing today on Chapter 6–the Divine Mother as Source of all. Your method of “rogue-ship,” the actions (non-actions) of subtle resistance, confrontation through silence, accessing the void of deep wisdom, resonated with my studies today. AND, in studying the IChing, I’m focused on Hexagram 21–Cutting or Biting Through: the practice of acting with intention and clarity in the knowledge and wisdom of what is right and just. The Art of Effective Rogue-ship is just that, knowing how to act from a solid foundation of values and principles to cut through all the noise and drama that the external world is attempting to shove down our throats wanting us to consume with pleasure.

Each post of yours grows my own understanding to how to best BE in this current world of ours—AND how to make it better.
