I’ve practiced vipassana and Zen meditation but not sure I’m familiar with Taoist meditation. I have been a student of The Tao for a few years now—Diamond-Michael, can you point me to a source to study a Taoist practice with greater intention? I have integrated lessons from the Tao Te Ching in my practice at times—is there something more instructive?

Taoist meditation is essentially Zen meditation without any windows or doors. 😂
